What We Did
We began by clearing out the existing space and completed any dilapidation work required.
Our aim was to provide a dynamic and practical working space which would appeal to new tenants. After securing the core groundworks and drainage systems, the team proceeded to add those finishing touches and commercial building services including:
- Parking for bikes
- A featured entrance and lobby
- Vinyl floored, spiral staircase
- Disabled lift access
- Laminate flooring throughout
- Open-planned office space
- Suspended ceiling with modern LED lighting
- Plumbing for new bathrooms and showers
- Drying cabinets for clothes
- Electrics and LED lighting throughout
- Fully functional kitchenette

The Outcome
We’ve delivered a versatile office space.
By aligning this commercial space with the modern-day worker, we’ve delivered a versatile office space. With a fresh look and inclusive features including lift access and an outdoor bike rack, it no longer limits the room’s residents. Our approach has resulted in this office successfully being re-leased by the landlord and the new tenants moving in with no delays.
