The Brief
Portman Finance – Commercial Office Refit.
Portman Finance appointed 4Front to deliver a high-specification refurbishment within their commercial office premises.
The project focused on creating bespoke, premium-quality areas for directors and staff, including upgraded washroom facilities and associated internal alterations. The works required careful planning, as they were delivered within a busy live office environment where access, services and staff continuity all needed to be managed throughout.
4Front were recommended through the project team and engaged to review the existing space, assess the drawings and help optimise the layout to make best use of the available areas.

What We Did

4Front delivered the works across multiple phases, helping the client adapt and upgrade existing spaces to achieve a more premium and functional finish.
The scheme involved altering existing layouts, forming new walls, adapting services and installing new finishes throughout. The team also worked closely with subcontractors across electrical, plumbing, flooring and IPS package elements to deliver the required specification.

The project was delivered in phases, with initial works focused on the top-floor director areas, disabled access toilet and ladies’ toilet adaptations. Further works were then completed to the middle floor and additional ladies’ washroom areas.

The completed works gave Portman Finance a set of upgraded, high-specification office and washroom areas that improved both the appearance and functionality of the existing space.
The final result developed beyond the initial brief, with 4Front helping to maximise the available areas and deliver a more refined finish. The project was completed on programme, with the client very happy with the outcome.
