The Brief

Safariland, Unit 2, Caxton Close, Daventry.

Our client was the existing tenant of this property and approached us with an extensive refurbishment project – restoring the building to a lettable state before moving out. They needed the entire space refurbished, including a reception area, office space, warehouse, and ancillary rooms.

What We Did

When we arrived, the entire unit was in poor condition and needed a lot of work.

We started with a complete strip-out and disposal of all the old fixtures and fittings. We then restored the facilities to meet all safety regulations before beginning the refurbishment. During this phase, we installed all new doors and flooring throughout the site, as well as electrics and light fittings.

The Outcome

We transformed this space into a fresh office and warehouse facility.

This project allowed us to breathe a new lease of life into the building and prepare it for the new tenants. The new reception and office space offer a comfortable, modern-day workspace whilst the warehouse space became a clean, safe environment to work in.
