The Brief
Padel House – Commercial Leisure Fit-Out, Northampton.
Padel House appointed 4Front to support the creation of a new padel club in Northampton, transforming an empty warehouse into a fully operational leisure facility.
The project required 4Front to provide project management and fit-out support from start to finish, working alongside the client, designers, suppliers and other contractors to bring the venue together ahead of launch.
The completed facility included padel courts, customer areas, staff spaces, shower and toilet facilities, and a café/shop area.
Key considerations included:
- A tight programme linked to the planned opening date.
- Coordination with multiple contractors and suppliers.

4Front were initially approached through an online enquiry and became involved in both project management and fit-out delivery.
The team helped coordinate the works across the warehouse, supporting the creation of a modern padel club with courts, facilities and customer-facing spaces. Alongside overseeing the wider project, 4Front delivered several key fit-out elements directly, with specialist M&E support where required.
