The Brief
Moulton Park Office Refurbishment & Workspace Reconfiguration.
4Front Construction were appointed to transform existing open-plan office accommodation across ground and first floor levels into a series of modern, functional office spaces and meeting facilities. The objective was to improve workspace functionality while maintaining a high-quality finish aligned with the existing office environment.
Unlike traditional fit-out projects, no formal drawings were provided. Instead, the project evolved through close collaboration with the client, developing concepts and practical solutions directly from their operational requirements.
Key considerations included:
- Workspace finish – ensuring newly installed finishes seamlessly integrate with the existing environment, particularly replicating existing skirting profiles which were no longer commercially available.
- Open-plan conversion – converting large open-plan areas into multiple enclosed spaces while maintaining a premium finish to the surrounding workspace.

Our team delivered a carefully planned internal fit-out solution that included:
- Construction of new solid partition walls to accommodate integrated TV installations.
- Installation of glazed partition systems to create three new private offices.
- Creation of a dedicated entrance and reception area.
- Formation of new meeting room facilities.
- Bespoke on-site machining of skirting profiles to create a seamless match with existing finishes.
By manufacturing replacement skirting details on-site, we ensured continuity throughout the space while meeting the client’s quality expectations.
